• Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred to another person.

The site and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis. FloryNest does not promise that the site will always be accurate, complete, secure or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, FloryNest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content.

Any dispute connected to the site or these terms will be settled through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where the law does not allow it. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
